Both pages are required for each person registering for the conclave. Extra form sets may be photocopied or printed from the website (www.agoixaz.com). Register early for the best chance of receiving your first choices of events and additional guest tickets. Please check the conclave website for updated information. No postdated checks, please. We are unable to take registrations by phone
or e-mail. NOTE: You are not considered registered until payment
is received. Please send your registration forms and payment to: Refunds: A refund of fees paid, less a $15 processing fee, will be made upon receiving a written request postmarked no later than December 15, 2007. Please send your request to Ken Saunders, Registrar, either by mail (address above) or e-mail (saunders@eskimo.com) Guest Tickets: Registrants may order additional tickets to allow their non-registered family members, partners, or traveling companions to attend some conclave events. Availability is limited and requests will be processed on a first come, first served basis. Please see the “Additional Tickets” section of the registration for a complete listing of these events. Transportation: Air-conditioned charter coach transportation is available Sunday afternoon through Thursday noon. If you have a disability with special transportation needs, please note your requirements on the registration form and we will try to accommodate you. If you have any transportation questions, please contact Derek Redmore (Derekredmore@msn.com). NOTE: Venues ARE NOT within walking distance of the hotel. Airport Transportation: Taxi service from Tucson International Airport to the hotel is about $20 for up to four people. Outside the airport exit, there is a transportation person who will flag a taxi for you. If you fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and drive to Tucson, allow two hours for the drive. Construction has closed exits on the I-10 between Prince and 22nd. If driving from the north or west, take the Prince exit east. If driving from the east, take the Kolb exit north. If you prefer taking the shuttle, Arizona Shuttle provides hourly service from the Sky Harbor Airport to Tucson. Round trip $40 with seven days advance registration. (520-889-1000 or www.arizonashuttle.com) (Note: all prices subject to change) Meals: Your registration fee includes three meals: lunch on Monday, January 21, the banquet on Wednesday evening, January 23, and the lunch on Thursday, January 24. If you register for the trip to San Xavier Mission, a box lunch on the bus is provided. The conclave hotel includes a full complimentary breakfast daily for attendees staying at the hotel. Hotel: The conclave hotel is Sheraton Tucson Hotel and Suites (www.sheraton.com). Your special conclave rate is $109 per night plus tax for 1-2 persons in a room and includes a daily full complimentary breakfast. Please contact the hotel directly to make your room reservations. Be sure to mention code AGO Tucson 2008 for the Conclave to ensure your special discounted rate. NOTE: December 20, 2007 is the last date for the discounted rate.
